Choices.

The most powerful asset you have.

The choices you make create the life you want.

I strongly believe in the importance of being able to make conscious choices that serve you rather than being controlled by unconscious patterns. Most of us don’t get to choose. We react. Because we are not aware of the patterns that we carry within us. We react to a stressful situation, a difficult colleague, our partners, families etc.

Do you find yourself reacting?

Do you find yourself in the same situations again and again?

Do you wish you could handle things differently?

Do you wish to be more relaxed, resourceful and more at peace – no matter what’s going on?

Do you feel like your thoughts, emotions and behaviors impact your performance, relationships and happiness negatively?

It’s all about being in a place where you get to make those conscious choices that serve you. It’s not about making choices that are motivated by your unconscious often limiting patterns. I partner with my clients to empower them by creating clarity and awareness around their thoughts, emotions and actions through deep reflection.

Seeing things in a different light, having a different perspective, identifying options and alternatives allows my clients to actively choose their thoughts, feelings and actions. And create the career, the relationships and the life they would love. Building on awareness – having awareness only, doesn’t do the trick – you need to be mentally fit to make those desired changes sustainable.

To change your reality you need to grow your Mental Fitness. Being mentally fit you get to ask yourself: “How do I handle this challenge with positive emotions like curiosity, creativity, calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action?”

Now – what is Mental Fitness?

Mental Fitness is your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset. Making those choices that serve you and get you where you want to get to.

A metaphor: If you’re physically fit, you can climb steep hills without physical stress. If someone is not physically fit, they’d feel physical stress as they climb a steep hill. If you’re not physically fit, even a small slope will leave you out of breath. Feeling tired and stressed.

And the same goes for life’s challenges. If you’re not mentally fit, a (big) life event happens and you get all stressed out and upset and think if only this thing weren’t happening. You’ll feel mental stress, such as anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness as you handle work and relationship challenges.

Through Mental Fitness you can handle life’s (great) challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions. You can choose how to feel, what to think and how to act.

  • Performance

Performing better while working less hard – similar to athletes in the zone.

  • Wellness

Feeling less stressed, feeling more peace, and consistent happiness, even in tough times.

  • Relationships

Improving relationships, being able to handle conflicts in ways that deepen trust and harmony.

Being mentally fit allows my clients to quite literally create a new reality, a new way of being, of showing up, of handling tough situations or challenges, because they now think new thoughts, therefore get to make new choices, act differently, have different experiences and feel differently.

Mastering the above, my clients create extraordinary results. They reach that next level of success in both their relationships and at work without sacrifice. My clients are more effective, more productive and happier – in all areas of their life. My clients flourish, especially during challenging times.

It’s time to upgrade your ways of thinking, feeling and acting. Your reality and your way of being.

As Marshall Goldsmith said:

“What got you here, won’t get you there.”
