Executive & Mental Fitness Coach

Female Empowerment.

I’ve been active in the Learning & Development (L&D) sector for the past 5 years. I’ve led teams, been the go-to-person for colleagues in all of my roles and founded my business in early 2019 to focus primarily on supporting women through coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation.

My Journey.

My early work experience included various positions in different fast-paced environments and industries, often wearing multiple hats. I’ve lived and worked in Canada, Spain, Mexico and recently spent three years in Oxford, UK working for a consultancy focused on leadership.

Connection.

In all the positions I held to date I’ve always been the go-to person, a trusted advisor and the link between people. A connector between teams and colleagues enabling collaboration and effectiveness.

My female colleagues always felt that they could reach out to me as a resource. Be it for support or advice, when facing a problem or wanting a different perspective to move forward. I didn’t recognise this as a strength at first, but then realised through being coached myself how invaluable non-judgmental and deep listening was to support others.

Growth.

Deciding to formalize my skills I trained to be a professional coach in the UK. I hold an ICF accredited Post Graduate Certificate (PG CERT) in Business and Personal Coaching approved by the University of Chester, UK. I am eligible to be part of the National Council of Psychotherapists (NCP). Furthermore I’ve undergone training to be a mentor, trained in conflict management, NLP, cross-cultural management, general and change management and am a certified Corporate Manager (univ.).

After going through the various programs, I set up my own company offering coaching, mentoring, training, facilitation and mediation services in 2019.
